Aarush import & Export guarantees all items ordered will be delivered in the correct quantity and free of damage. Customers should check case items for the correct count and any damage with their delivery driver art delivery. Hidden damage, overages or shortages found in totes, after the driver has left (driver do not check totes) must be called in to customer service within 24 hours of delivery, in order to receive credit on said items. Refused refrfgerated/frozen items must be handled at time of delivery. Aarush Import & Export will accept good merchandise returned from customers for credit within 30 days of the delivery those items (provided all items are unopened, intact and have not been tampered with), Return of good Items past 30 days of purchase or items that have been opened or otherwise tampered with will not be credited and those items may not be returned to the store, Excessive returns of goods products may, at Aarush Import & Export discretion, receive a restocking fee as well as any and all shippers / pre-booked items by the manufacturer in agreement with the customer.
